The team members of Atlanta Notary Mobile are officially commissioned notaries. We are not attorneys licensed to practice law and cannot provide legal advice. We advise consulting with a legal professional for legal matters or questions prior to your appointment.

Your Appointment

When scheduling an appointment with Atlanta Notary Mobile, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions for a successful notarization. Failure to meet these conditions will necessitate rescheduling:

  • Valid, physical government-issued identification must be presented by each signer.
  • All signers must sign documents willingly.
  • Signers must be physically present and fully coherent during the notarization.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Any cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your refund, and a new appointment will be required.

Refund Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund within 48-72 hours. No refunds will be given if we are unable to complete notarization due to factors outside our control.

Terms and Conditions

Your payment confirms your scheduled appointment. Please allow a 30-60 minute window for our arrival, accounting for unforeseen travel conditions. We will inform you of any delay within 30 minutes of the appointment time.
